Welcome to our newly renovated home on Oatland Island! This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeps 14! Conveniently located to Downtown Savannah and Tybee Island with easy access to Islands Expressway and US-80. You will love the peaceful setting among the mature trees near the Wildlife Center. Free WiFi and pet friendly with a fee, we would love to host you!
The Space:
Our pool is open year-round and is not heated. Please inquire if you have questions.
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will be greeted into our cozy living room. Here you will find a large sectional couch with ample seating and can comfortably sleep two guests! The large flat screen TV is a SmartTV enabling you to connect to all of your streaming services.
The living room opens up to dining room and kitchen making it easy to stay connected with family and friends! The beautiful farm table seats six and there is additional seating at the kitchen counter. The fully-equipped kitchen has beautiful butcher block counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essential cookware/dinnerware items. Access to our large back yard is off the dining room making it a breeze to entertain outside.
This home has four bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the main level and is furnished with a king bed, two arm chairs, large SmartTV, and an en suite bathroom. This bathroom features a beautiful clawfoot tub.
The additional three bedrooms and full bathroom are upstairs. Two of the bedrooms each have queen beds. The final bedroom has two twin over twin bunk beds, a single bed, and a futon making it a great space for kids.
Note: guests cannot access the garage.
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled near the back of a peaceful neighborhood you are less than a mile to the Oatland Island Wildlife Center. 5 miles to the beautiful Bonaventure Cemetery and 6 miles to Forsyth Park. Conveniently located to all the best Savannah has to offer while providing you with a place to call home at the end of the day!
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Summary: The house is as advertised. We arrived a day after Hurricane Idalia and thankfully were not effected by its passing. The king bedroom on the first floor is pretty spacious, with a beautiful claw tub. The bunk room on the 2nd Floor was bigger than expected. And the two queen rooms were suitable, with enough space just not as roomy as the other two rooms. The kitchen, dining room, and living room were GREAT for hosting a large get together. * not related to the property, my keys were lost the day I was supposed to depart. I reached out to the owner who was incredibly kind and understanding. They allowed my vehicle to stay on the property until I could get a replacement that afternoon and didn’t charge me any additional fees * The price range is appropriate. If you would rather not spend 3k on a flat in downtown Savannah for a weekend, then this home is ideal.

Summary: House still needs a lot of work. It wasn’t dirty but you could tell it still needs a lot of work. Really not worth as much as it’s listed for to rent. Can only have 2 cars parked there when it sleeps 15. Location is good to most things if you don’t mind a flipped house that’s half done.

Summary: Lovely, quaint home that was beautifully decorated. Large enough to accommodate my family. Close to downtown and the beach. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had regarding the house. I would recommend this property for a family traveling to Savannah.

Summary: Arrived for a family get together and Although this house is of good size, and great location; it needs a lot of work. Outside of the house was filthy, yard Maintence was being done after we checked in, driveway was in terrible shape and flooded. Most of the outlets were of safety concern, plugs falling out of wall, not working. Cabinets wouldn’t close properly, and the one kitchen linen available smelled like mildew. The door to downstairs bedroom was broken, as if someone had punched it. Garage with ping pong table was dirty, full of junk and had a pile of previous guests linens on the ground. Door to outside from garage was rotted, falling apart and we did see roaches inside. Canopy to patio furniture was in the yard, and broken. House was dusty, grimy and just seemed like owners did not care about cleanliness overall. Mattresses seems old, and we’re incredibly uncomfortable. House smelled clean upon arrival, the checkin and out process was simple but for what amenities are offered this house is extremely overpriced and disappointing. Would not recommend.
